Arbor Park Apartments is a Pet Friendly Community.  Our Pet Policy allows residents to keep animals up thirty-five pounds, with a limit of two pets, in their apartments.  However, we do have certain breed restrictions.  We DO NOT allow Pit Bulls or Rottweilers.   Arbor Park also requires a $200.00 Pet Fee which is due upon the signing of your lease.  This fee is non-refundable. There is a large walking area for pets west of the property as well as a quiet neighborhood that surrounds Arbor Park which is great for walking man's best friend.  All pets are required to be walked on a leash when outdoors.
