Brinkhaven Pet Policy
Brinkhaven Apartments is a Pet Friendly Community. Our Pet Policy allows Residents to keep animals up thirty-five (35) pounds in their apartments. However, we do have certain breed restrictions. We DO NOT allow Pit Bulls or Rottweilers. Brinkhaven also requires a $300.00 Pet Fee which is due upon the signing of your lease. This fee is non-refundable.
