Crestview Apartments is a Pet Friendly Community.  Our Pet Policy allows tenants to keep animals up thirty pounds in their apartments.  However, we do have certain breed restrictions.  We DO NOT allow Pit Bulls or Rottweilers.   Crestview Apartments also requires a $250.00 Pet Fee which is due upon the signing of your lease.  This fee is non-refundable. All pets are required to be walked on a leash when outdoors.  This is for the safety of both residents and pets.
