Glenview Apartments is a Pet Friendly Community.  Our Pet Policy allows tenants to keep animals up fifty (50) pounds in their apartments.  However, we do have certain breed restrictions.  We DO NOT allow Pit Bulls or Rottweilers.   Glenview also requires a $200.00 non-refundable Pet Fee which is due upon the signing of your lease.  Due to a city ordinace, as well as for the safety of our residents and your pet, all animals must be on a leash and accompanied by their owner when outdoors.
