Our Pet Policy allows our tenants to have pets in their apartments , and we do not have a pet weight limit.  However, we do have certain breed restrictions.  We DO NOT allow Pit Bulls. Jackson Square requires a $200.00 Pet Fee which is due upon the signing of your lease, and there is an additional charge of $10.00 per month for Pet Rent.  These fees are non-refundable. Pets are required to be walked on a leash when outdoors. We have two large open areas away from the apartment buildings where residents are able to walk their dogs.
