Shelton Park Apartments is a Pet Friendly Community.  Our Pet Policy allows tenants to keep animals up to forty (40) pounds in their apartments.  However, we do have certain breed restrictions.  We DO NOT allow Pit Bulls or Rottweilers.   Shelton Park also requires a $200.00 Pet Fee which is due at the signing of your lease.  This fee is non-refundable. There is a walking area for pets on the outskirts of the property.  All pets are required to be on a leash when walking outdoors.  This is for the safety of our tenants, their pets, and guests.
