Pet PolicySycamore Villa Apartments is a Pet Friendly Community.  Our Pet Policy allows tenants to keep animals up to twenty pounds in their apartments.  However, we do have certain breed restrictions.  We DO NOT allow Pit Bulls or Rottweilers.   Sycamore Villa also requires a $300.00 Pet Fee which is due upon the signing of your lease.  This fee is non-refundable.  All pets are required to be walked on a leash when outdoors.  This is for the safety of both residents and animals.
