Biltmore Place Apartment is a Pet Friendly Community where large dogs are welcome with the exception of the Pit Bull.  We also requires a $200.00 Pet Fee which is due upon the signing of your lease.  This fee is non-refundable. There is an additional $10.00 per month pet rent. 

All pets are required to be walked on a leash when outdoors.  This is for the safety of both residents and pets.
