Parthenon Properties, Inc. Qualification Guidelines

  • All lease signer applicants must be of legal age to sign contracts which inmost states is 18.
  • Criminal history of any type needs to be disclosed and maybe subject for rejection.
  • Any prior eviction record is subject for application denial.
  • Verifiable rental history is required. (Except for students leasing for the first time.)
  • Stable and verifiable employment history will be verified.  No job verification for students (Must have guardian/parent as cosigners) and retired persons (Must present proof of retirement benefits or other means of income).
  • $35 application fee for each applicant.
  • All our apartment communities have pet breed and weight restrictions. .
  • Our occupancy standard is 2 people per bedroom and is strictly enforced.
  • Must be legally in the United States.
